Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received them.

• In their original packaging (including any custom boxes, velvet pouches, or tags intact).

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exclusions & Final Sale:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom-made, sized, or personalized pieces.

• Sale, clearance, or promotional collection items (marked as Final Sale).

• Due to the nature of hygiene earrings cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return:

1. Email us at jenn@niftybeadzco.com or niftybeadz.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. (Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted).
